WILD Leadership Development focuses on elevating the performance of an organization’s human capital assets.  Participants receive hands-on leadership, planning and communications training in a wilderness environment.  All of the training modules are specifically designed to correlate to functions performed in life, and in the workplace.  WILD Leaders learn to make better decisions, and to do more with less.  They will communicate more clearly, and they will operate from a platform of improved confidence and ability.

WILD’s Founders are honorably discharged United States Marine Corps Veterans who have served in combat zones, and around the world in various capacities, including roles as  embedded Instructors with foreign military units.  The founders have also held Instructor and Manager roles with large and small corporations across the United States.  They have trained thousands of individuals across five continents, and enjoy designing adventure-leadership scenarios for their clients.
