The culmination of the training evolution.  If participants have managed their individual responsibilities, and have achieved all of the team’s goals, then certificates will be awarded.  It will not be easy.  Participants will be required to think, communicate and act as an effective team in order to graduate, and they will face arduous circumstances along the way.

When goals are accomplished rewards will be delivered.  This is not only designed to motivate participants, but it also teaches them the importance of taking care of their people when they perform.  Leadership is so much more than management.  Understanding what motivates their team members, and how they can best contribute to the aggregate cause, is as important as delivering rewards when they are earned.
