The four aspects of the communication cycle are the sender, the recipient, the message and the medium. During this phase of the training, participants will learn what types of information need to be communicated to whom, and how those messages should be delivered. They will then participate in practical application.
Today we have access to multiple, unique methods of communication (e.g. sign language, face-to-face, telephone, text, email, evaluation). Attendees will learn when it is appropriate to use which method of communication, based on the specific reality of the situation. The implications of poor communication are substantial as they effect retention, efficiency and growth.
