Q: What does WILD Leadership Development do?

A: We help people develop into better versions of themselves.

Q: How do you do that?

A: We train them to be better communicators and planners, and to make difficult decisions with limited information.  We also teach them to operate with minimal resources.  We put our students in carefully planned adventure-leadership scenarios, and safely guide them through mental and physical obstacles that are presented to them along the way.

Q: How do we get to the training site?

A: WILD Leadership Development will provide door-to-door transportation, or we will work with you to arrange an easy-to-find meeting place.

Q: How long does it take?

A: That’s up to you.  We provide half-day, full-day, and multi-day adventure-leadership scenarios based on your specific needs.

Q: What if I get hurt?

A: We make every effort to plan for potential emergencies, and all of our Instructors are Combat Lifesaver / CPR / AED / Backcountrty First Aid trained.  We also have emergency communications equipment and well-rehearsed ‘immediate action’  plans.  Don’t worry… you’ll be in good hands!

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Rates vary based on the number of participants, the anticipated duration of the training, and the specific requirements of the scenario.  Price quotes and consultations are always available to our customers at no cost.  Please use the Contact Us tool to provide some information about your request and we’ll get right back to you.

Q: How many people are in each training class?

A:  We only work with one organization at a time, so the group size is completely dependent upon the number of participants that you bring.

Q: What types of organizations have you worked with?

A: We have worked with Military, Veteran, DOE and Philanthropic groups, as well as with employees from large and small Businesses, Hospitals and Universities.  We would be happy to provide references upon request.
